In the March edition of Ideal Home Magazine, there featured a great article on how to incorporate mixed vintage florals into home decor. This is a look that I simply love, and that I have in my own home. The hallway, stairs and landing areas are full of mirrors, various floral paintings and prints, vintage cake plates and more. Tuscan China - some beautiful patterns and shapes!

I thought over the coming weeks I might share some of my favourite china makers with you - starting with Tuscan. Tuscan china was run by the Plant family between 1898 and 1966. In 1966, Tuscan china was taken over by Wedgwood and became known as Royal Tuscan. Tuscan china comes in many, many different patterns. I know lots of you lovely readers adore fine vintage china. So do I! I've been caught out in the past when I've purchased an item, only to be dissatisfied upon its arrival or when I've got it home.
